Full Job Description

The Storage & Process Asset Lead will be accountable for delivering routine cyclical maintenance work that aligns with our strategic objectives. What you'll be doing: You will lead the Storage Asset maintenance team overseeing Affinity Water's storage maintenance, GAC & Membrane replacement programmes. This role is key to ensuring our maintenance activities are planned efficiently and aligned with our Regulatory performance commitments.,

  • Overseeing the programme budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to cost and in line with the expected outcomes and benefits.
  • You will support the Head of Capital Maintenance in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise team performance to achieve key business objectives and drive innovation initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and our supply chain, is essential for this role to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

    As the role covers the entire Affinity Water supply area, work location flexibility is essential along with a valid driving licence., Understanding of water quality, water storage structures, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices in potable water storage management.
  • Strong leadership and experience in leading operational teams and managing contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SMSTS/IOSH/Confined Space/Safe Working at Height qualifications desirable along with Project Management experience.
  • NEBOSH (desirable)

    Salary: (To be discussed at interview stage)
  • Hours of work: Operational - 08:00am - 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday) 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday)
