- Train & Shine: Deliver top-notch training to our retail partners, turning them into brand experts who know their stuff.
- Growth Guru: Implement, deliver, and manage growth strategies that will make our accounts flourish.
- Routine Royalty: Create a smooth and efficient routine for visiting stores, making sure no stone (or blade of grass) is left unturned.
- Product Pro: Get to know our full range of products inside and out-because knowing your wool from your fleece is key.
- Brand Protector: Ensure that our brands are represented perfectly, always in line with brand guidelines.
- Layout Legend: Document in-store product layouts and point-of-sale materials to make sure everything is in its rightful place.
- Relationship Builder: Maintain baa-tiful relationships with all retailers, keeping them happy and well looked after.
- Sales Explorer: Always be on the lookout for new sales opportunities-after all, a little exploring never hurt anyone!
Someone who's got the wool to be a brand expert. - A background in consumer good/retail would be highly advantageous.
- A people person who can communicate clearly and effectively.

You'll be on the road Monday to Friday nurturing and building relationships, so it's key that you're comfortable with a field based role. Living in close proximity of our office in Snitterfield is key -after all, collaboration is easier when the pasture is close.
