Full Job Description

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to Make it easy for men to dress well and we can't do that without our specialist teams., The Store Auditor will assist the Audit Manager in all responsibilities including (but not limited to) the planning and management of store audits, reporting and action planning, monitoring and analysing reports, continuously improving stock audit results in stores, and acting as a subject expert in retail compliance and identifying areas of improvement. This position is a central function in ensuring the smooth running of store operations, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable building relationships with key stakeholders from varying departments from Head Office, Warehouse as well as Retail store teams. Though this role works very closely with stores, it is largely field-based and requires candidates to be flexible and comfortable to travel to stores for 3-4 days per week, overnight stays for larger projects such as store refits or new store openings, as well as early starts and late finishes when required.

This role specifically requires someone with stock management experience, preferably in a retail environment. You will have excellent organisational, relationship building and collaborative working skills. Knowledge of compliance and stock management processes is essential for this position. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is required (particularly Excel), whilst experience with writing audit reports is also desirable. Lastly, as the role requires regular travel to our stores, a flexible approach and willingness to spend time away from home is also a must.
