Full Job Description

At an exciting time of development, our Construction Department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to work within the Construction team, dealing with the administration of all property expansion and portfolio improvement projects, throughout the store development life cycle.

Based at our Head Office, you will assist with the daily operations of the department as well as supporting the Senior Management team and our 17 regional Property Offices nationwide. This is an ideal opportunity to join a fast paced and efficient team at the forefront of our company's ambitious development plans in a position which offers both responsibility and variety. With a keen eye for detail and as an exceptionally organised administrator, you will take pride in ensuring the department runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible., Assisting the Construction team with ad hoc tasks and data analysis
Providing administrative support to senior management within the department
Managing the property and contract information systems, and ensuring good data quality
Communicating with our regional Property Office & international support teams
Providing system support and training to all Regional offices
Producing regular reports and maintaining trackers
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and share best practices
Assisting with accounts & service charge queries
Carrying out comparisons of budgets vs. actual project costs
Processing and tracking invoices
Maintaining the department archive & logging documents
Preparing processing purchase orders and tracking invoices

German language skills is preferable
A genuine passion for performing administrative tasks effectively, efficiently and to a high standard
Very strong organisational skills
A strong multitasker who has the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines & varied workload
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude, who is also capable of working independently

Experience within SAP systems would be an advantage
Good communication, literacy and numerical skills
Good Excel skills and experience of working with other Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Powerpoint)
Background in construction or property is desirable but not essential

£28,380
