Building strong relationships with Property and Retail delivery teams, as well as providing upskilling, documentation, and process frameworks, will be essential in enabling successful store operations and continuous improvement. You will demonstrate your expertise in store design, interiors, and brand implementation to deliver projects on time and within budget, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and pushing boundaries
to drive innovation.

Who you are

You are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in store design, interiors, and brand implementation. Your exceptional project management skills allow you to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and budgets while engaging and communicating with internal and external teams. Your ability to challenge the status quo and propose calculated risks demonstrates your innovative thinking and willingness to drive positive change. Your winning attitude, drive to achieve objectives, and results-oriented approach make you a valuable asset to the team.

We are committed to being a truly inclusive retailer, so you'll be welcomed whoever you are and wherever you work. Around here, there's always the chance to try something new - whether that's as part of an evolving team or somewhere else across the business - and we take development seriously and promise to support you. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we'll also offer you an amazing range of benefits. Here are some of them
