Store Key Holder

As a Key Holder, you will embody the essence of Lucy & Yak. You'll aim to create an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Your role includes providing expert assistance to our customers, maintaining shop tidiness, contributing to social media content, as well as supporting the Store Management team to manage deliveries, events, and uphold Visual Merchandising & Customer Journey standards. You will be a gentle guide for Sales Assistants on the shop floor, able to deliver constructive feedback & delegate when required.,

• You'll become an expert on all things Lucy & Yak, including our products, sizing, and our commitment to sustainability and ethics.


• Be the friendly face of Lucy & Yak, greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and inviting attitude.


• Provide exceptional assistance and promptly address customer queries, ensuring their needs are met.


• Customer happiness is your top priority - go the extra mile to make every shopping experience memorable


• General shop floor & back of house responsibilities such as restocking, keeping the shop, stock room and staff space clean tidy and inviting


• Working with & contacting other departments when required


• Support in creating fun and engaging content as a team for the Lucy & Yak Store Instagram, as well as responding to customers queries & interactions


• Take the lead on store deliveries, getting these unpacked and processed quickly & efficiently with the team.


• Provide task management guidance for the team, ensuring that all responsibilities are executed effectively and delivering constructive and supportive feedback to the team and task training when required.


• Assist with effective stock management to optimise inventory levels & minimise discrepancies


• Assist with the organisation of in-store events, occasionally involving evening work.


• Support the Store Manager & team in maintaining fantastic Visual Merchandising standards on the shop floor.


• You'll be trained & responsible for opening & closing the shop whenever required and will be able to drive and run a successful day with the team in store. Always leading the team by setting an outstanding example


• Support in always making the store a safe place for customers and our team through following our H&S best practice

• Previous Customer Facing experience is essential, retail specific experience is highly desirable but not essential


• Responsible & capable individuals comfortable opening & closing a store and leading a successful day in store


• Knowledge of Lucy & Yak as a brand and our products would be a massive bonus!!
