Store Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our friendly team at our New Dalston Store which is due to open in September 2024.,

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff


• Maintaining budgets and staff rotas


• Dealing with customer queries and complaints


• Managing store stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control


• Ensure the store's visual presentations and merchandising meets company standards


• Liaising with peers and Head Office departments


• Ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually maintained


The role will be working 39 hours over 5 days per week, with the following shift pattern:

Monday 8.30am to 3.00 pm

Tuesday Day Off

Wednesday 8.30 am - 6.00 pm

Thursday 8.30am to 3.00 pm

Friday 8.30am - 6.00 pm

Saturday 8.30am - 6.00pm

Sunday Day Off

We are looking for team members to be ambassadors for the store and be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.

Applicants for Store Manager are required to have previous fashion retail experience at management level.,
• Fashion Retail Shop Managers: 1 year (required)
