As our Store Manager, you'll be the secret sauce in our retail recipe. You'll simmer a team of kitchen enthusiasts to perfection, ensuring every customer leaves with a trolley full of joy and the perfect kitchenware. This is a new store opening. A Typical Day At Work
- Start by briefing your team on daily goals
- Help customers find the right products
- Train your team on products and customer service
- Look at sales data to find ways to improve
- End the day by preparing the store for tomorrow Requirements Daily activities:
- Whip up a high-performance team focused on great customer service
- Cook up strategies to exceed sales targets
- Keep our kitchenware showroom spotless and inviting
- Hire, train, and inspire your team to be kitchenware experts
- Slice costs while maximising profits
- Implement company plans effectively
A natural leader with experience in retail management - Passionate about customer service and cooking
- Good at solving problems in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and inventory systems
- A team player who works well with others
