    A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail, or catering brand environment You will have previous experience work to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs and ratios and cost saving initiatives An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders Previous experience motivating and increasing the performance of your team with mentoring, training, and succession planning. An ability to remain calm under pressure in a pressurised environment You may be an assistant general manager or deputy manager who is aspiring to take their career to the next level, or you may already be a manager within the retail, catering or hospitality sectors such as a restaurant manager, general manager, catering manager or store manager looking for that next challenge.
