- Build brandloyalty by promoting our CRM scheme, hosting events, and engagingwith your local community
- Collaborate withyour management team to implement customer led strategies tomaximise sales opportunities and meet targets Inspirational ReverseLeadership

- Confident indriving a commercially strong store, you will lead the way inensuring strong numbers are achieved through inventory management,VM, store layouts and experiential retail
- Ensure efficient and effective operational processes inyour store to enhance productivity and customersatisfaction Drive Sustainability & PositiveSocial & EnvironmentalImpact Proactivecommitment to continuously optimising your social and environmentalimpact from both large to small decisions, staying committed withinyour role to together growing a sustainable business.
