Continuously liaise with all departmental managers to ensure the stock levels are in-line with their business needs.

Communicate effectively with all colleagues and departmental managers building strong working relationships to deliver consistent supply of goods

Maintaining accurate control of stocks management and conducting regular checks with the relevant departmental managers.

To ensure that all internal stock control measures are in place to support all external stock takes.

To support food stock rotation.

To ensure that all deliveries have been crossed checked against Procure Wizard and delivered in. Also, that any discrepancies are flagged to the supplier straight away.

To manage all stocks especially the highly perishable products to reduce spoilage and wastage, ensuring that stock rotation is of the highest standard.

To ensure that a high level of security is maintained in all storage areas at all times, reporting any concerns / issues to the Resort Manager.

Ensure accurate records are kept of temperature checks for food deliveries, to the company standard
