Full Job Description
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be integral to a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
- Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Industry and Product Knowledge in addition to knowledge of Regulations / Compliance - pharmaceutical sales experience
- Oncology / Haematology / Rare Disease sales experience
- Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales strategy accomplishments
- Ability to analyse sales data / market trends / customer feedback to
- make informed business decisions and plans and provide accurate reporting
- Project Management / Business and Financial Acumen required
