AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Manager. You'll be responsible for establishing partnerships across International Health, facilitating intercompany collaboration, ensuring governance and control, optimising vendor management, and contributing to strategic planning aligned with long-term organisational goals. Additionally, you'll oversee the financial and performance aspects of the team, including workforce planning, and fostering agile methodologies. You'll work part of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:
- Build partnerships with business units to understand their technology needs and drive solutions that support business goals.
- Create and manage an efficient operating model within IPMI and AXA.
- Lead workforce planning, aligning staffing with agile methods and ensuring the team has the needed skills.
- Promote agile working methods, fostering a culture of improvement and adaptability.
- Develop and oversee the team's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Establish governance frameworks for compliance and risk management.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance for maximum value.
- Deliver performance reports for decision-making and improvement.
- Identify process improvements and drive initiatives for efficiency.

- Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships across various stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in collaborating and facilitating coordination across diverse groups.
- Expertise in leading workforce planning, developing operating models, and implementing agile work methods.
- Self-motivated to acquire new skills and solid understanding of emerging technology and data capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record in overseeing vendor and intercompany relations, contracts, and performance to optimize value delivery and ensure effective vendor management.
- Understanding of AXA Group compliance and local regulatory requirements related to technology and data governance.
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
