  • Oversight and development of The Berkeley Group estate management policy and approach

  • Extensive liaison with The Berkeley Group operating companies Finance Directors and Head of Estate Management

  • Group financial planning of estates management business area

  • Establish performance management criteria and measure at quarter board meetings

  • Risk management of Groups estate management approach Oversee Group's statutory obligations

  • Liaison with external stakeholders and developing new approaches to drive Berkeley Group's competitive advantage

  • Oversight of legal and contract management across the operating companies

  • Reviewing operating companies estate management policy and processes

  • Driving efficiencies across the operating companies

  • Attend quarterly estate group board meeting with the Divisional Managing Director, CFO and CEO, We specialise in long-term brownfield regeneration, focusing on challenging and complex sites that are beyond the scope of conventional homebuilders.   • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

  • Senior finance experience, preferable with experience at a director level

  • Understanding of residential development, estate management and facilities management

  • Market awareness of the estate management sector

  • Experience of estates management implementation and best practice

  • Senior stakeholder management
