About you: You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and improving customer experiences through innovative payment solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for developing clear and actionable strategies. Your communication skills allow you to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders across various divisions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to you, as you excel in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Day-to-day, you will:
- Oversee the implementation and execution of strategies to generate new revenue through
PAY products, focusing on customer needs and expanding our sales toolkit. Collaborate closely with product owners to understand divisional structures, products, and customer benefits. Develop and monitor scorecards and reporting processes to track KPIs and ensure effective strategy execution. Support cross-functional teams with go-to-market strategies, including sales incentives and support mechanisms. Your skills and experiences might also include: Proven experience in program management and strategic planning within a payments or financial services environment. Strong ability to work collaboratively across divisions, fostering relationships with diverse teams. Familiarity with product development and go-to-market strategies, especially within a software or SaaS context.
