More about your role You'll be at the forefront of driving a robust quality assurance framework, ensuring top-tier performance across all data architecture, policies, and procedures within the Strategic Asset Investment directorate. You'll play a key role in expanding innovative systems like SharePoint and Power BI, empowering colleagues through seamless rollouts. Your expertise will shape and refine processes, while ensuring flawless quality assurance for investment systems. You'll support the updating and development of regular reporting and provide wider support to the Director of Strategic Asset Investment and the directorate. You'll have the chance to influence policy development, contribute to dynamic financial planning, and lead service improvement projects, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality control in everything you touch. This is an agile role working from home with a small amount of travel for team collaborations a few times a year.

You'll be a driving force within the team, bringing exceptional data, systems, and change management skills to tackle complex challenges head-on. Your sharp commercial instincts and ability to manage stakeholder relationships will position you as a key decision-maker. With a proactive, analytical mindset, you'll solve problems with a customer-first approach. Your strong communication and IT skills will help you build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively influencing and engaging a wide range of audiences. Plus, your experience in optimising data and systems will be instrumental in shaping policies in a dynamic organization. Ideally, you'll bring expertise in asset data and processes within the housing sector, ready to deliver impactful solutions.
