Full Job Description

1. Be a trusted & meaningful contact for Meta's key telco partners with frequent exchange at all levels and with all relevant partner teams
2. Define and execute on the Meta - partner partnership strategy
3. Understand telco businesses and drive a long-term sustainable partnership via our programs
4. Develop and help drive our telco partner strategy to support our continued success
5. Drive partners through launch process and liaise with internal Meta teams
6. Understand and manage cross functional project interdependencies to achieve project objectives for Meta and partners
7. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and take reasonable actions
8. Act as an internal and external advocate for our telco partners

9. Significant experience working strategically within, or with the telco industry
10. Experience in functions such as product, strategy, innovation
11. Experience in pitching ideas effectively and engaging relevant XFN partners to drive results
12. Negotiation skills to navigate complex deals and understand legal language, facilitate meaningful conversations that lead to forming strategic partnerships
13. Managing complex projects with large international (multicultural) team and ability to deliver results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
14. In-depth market knowledge to spot opportunities and build out a compelling proposition that offers mutual value
15. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, understand their priorities and build relationships (internal partners will include Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal)
