Full Job Description
As a Strategic Programme Senior Manager for the Integrated Urgent and Emergency Care (IUEC), the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team providing the support and expertise to drive IUEC. The post holder will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective and high quality professional and well co-ordinated Programme Management Office capable of meeting all statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements. The post holder will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supporting the operation and delivery of the IUEC Programme Management Office objectives
- Maintaining and managing positive working relationships with the regional PMOs and workstream leads, supporting the delivery of their objectives and outcomes
- Proactively sharing knowledge, information and expertise across workstreams and regions to support delivery
- Translating IUEC policy requirements into concrete actions and deliverables
- Leading on key PMO tasks for the programme
- Providing information and intelligence to support IUEC programme reporting, governance, planning and risk and benefit management
- Leading relevant meetings effectively and ensuring actions are driven forward
- Attending key governance meetings as the IUEC representative where required
