Full Job Description

We're seeking up to three, highly motivated and organised people to join our dynamic Strategic Projects team. Key elements of your job will be to:

  • Develop and manage organisational processes for the Curriculum Transformation Programme.
  • Assist the Project Manager within the Strategic Projects team with project coordination. Contributing to organisational transformation initiatives by ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and events, adhering to university policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve a common purpose., As Programme Design Coordinator you will be part of the Strategic Planning and Governance division. Strategic Planning and Governance is responsible for developing and implementing the University's strategic plan, leading planning activities, delivering major projects, supporting governance structures, providing legal advice, managing risk and business continuity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing student complaints processes.

    To be a suitable candidate for this position you will have:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
