Strategy Manager

RX is looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and curious person to lead strategic projects and conduct analysis that directly drives business performance. You should be ready to work on any topic and on the biggest and most complex opportunities. These might range from sector strategies through product identification and prioritisation to operational efficiency. Your strategic mindset, data-driven problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively will put you in a position to influence the overall direction of the company. The role is part of the Group Strategy Function. This is a high-performing and high-profile team focusing on strategy, M&A, sales, marketing and pricing effectiveness, analytics, portfolio development and market intelligence. The team has a range of specialist skills and experience and creates an energising and supportive environment to work and develop in. Responsibilities

• Developing and articulating strategic plans and reports on key initiatives to senior leadership
• Supporting leadership on strategic projects specific to areas of opportunity within the business
• Developing analysis, recommendations, and evaluations in the Strategic, Financial, and Operational fields
• Acting as a thought leader on strategic issues, product-market fit, market attractiveness, and optimal reporting metrics
• Sampling projects including preparing CEO and board presentations
• Leading single-segment or cross-segment strategic initiatives from the inception to the execution phase.
  
  Display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others and drive teams to project delivery
• Demonstrate ability to logically solve problems, especially those which are unfamiliar
• Demonstrate impressive project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver results across a matrixed organization
• Be able to effectively lead projects
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Display solid ability to translate data into insights and develop recommendations that will drive revenue
• Demonstrate experience in a consulting and/or corporate role with emphasis on strategy
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
