Strategy & Operations Manager

Acting as the right hand to our Chief Experience Officer, in this role you will work on answering a wide range of interesting questions. Whether it's building new tools and processes to improve our efficiency and help us scale, or figuring out where to launch our service next, you will be at the centre of the action!

What you'll be doing:

You will work closely with our Chief Experience Officer, Joe McDermottroe, to deliver a wide range of impactful work, including:

• Leading high-value projects: To win, we need to get better week in week out. In order to do that we need to deliver real change, fast. In this role you will be able to lead important cross functional work that delivers that change.


• Providing insights and recommendations: To charter the best course for the business, we need to arm our decision makers with actionable insight. You will conduct analysis and provide guidance to align team level plans with our overarching strategy.


• Optimise our business operations: Utilise innovative no-code solutions to empower our teams in efficiently managing the diverse challenges we encounter daily. We don't need candidates to know these solutions when they join, but we are looking for them to be curious and keen to learn!
