Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Strategy Manager to join the Strategy and Partnerships Team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust (SFH).

Are you looking for a strategic role that supports us to deliver our five year strategy and contributes to financial and operational sustainability?

SFH is in the first year of its five-year strategy, Improving Lives, and its vision of outstanding care, compassionate people and healthier communities. This new role will play a key role in supporting the Trust to deliver this vision and strategic objectives.

Working with internal and partner stakeholders you will design, manage, and support effective system strategy development, planning, financial sustainability and assurance.

The post holder will:

· Play a key role in strategy planning and assurance processes supporting the Trust to deliver Improving Lives and its vision

· Represent the Trust and work with our strategic partners, building and maintaining efficient and effective partnerships and networks to deliver SFH's objectives

· Contribute to the Trust's financial sustainability by identifying and developing improvement plans.

· Contribute to healthier communities through the development and promotion of the Trust's population health framework and health inequalities plan.
