Strategy and Planning Assistance

As the plant Strategy and planning Group Leader, you will support the plant manufacturing business office team. You will be joining a highly motivated and passionate team and as well as working collaboratively within your own team you will also be working with the Solihull manufacturing teams to deliver the following.

• Understand the Enterprise Vision and Strategy.


• Develop and maintain the Plant IBP.


• Support all manufacturing levels across each technology area with their understanding of Policy deployment and actions to improve their current position.


• Support the plant cadence with key events e.g., Business reviews, Exec visits.


• Work with MPT/Education in partnership to support key delivery projects/events.


• Support the HR People strategy.


• Manage and continuously improve the department communications.


• Support delivering events.


• Support in the development of our GL population across manufacturing.


• Drive and role out of Business systems, initiatives, tools.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities


• Be cost/spend conscious.


• Support the DSUM data collation and senior reviews.


• Support all manufacturing levels across each technology area with their understanding of Policy deployment and actions to improve their current position.


• Support the plant cadence with key events e.g., Business reviews, Exec visits.


• Work with MPT/Education in partnership to support key delivery projects/events.
  
  Competent in all Microsoft office products


• Experience of system use and understanding of data


• Ability to work dynamically across a wide number of work streams at pace and unsupported


• Application of the IPS system


• Presentation skills, appropriate to all levels of the organisation and applicable to different cultures; the ability to produce professional presentations with appropriate and carefully targeted messaging
