Applicants will have experience of leading the development of policy and strategy in a health and care setting at national level, or be able to demonstrate that they have an immediately transferable set of relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will be someone who can build and maintain effective professional networks with a complex array of internal and external stakeholders, communicate complex ideas and information clearly and succinctly to stakeholders and senior decision makers, and with an ability to work pragmatically in an environment that can characterised by change and periods of uncertainty as the overall direction of national policy evolves., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met.
