Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available within our stroke service. We are looking for highly motivated staff member of excellent calibre to become part of our dynamic team. We are looking for the right person to assist and support our SSNAP/TIA coordinator in providing timely and accurate data audits and analysis to meet the national and local key performance indicators. You will also assist in managing the TIA ( mini stroke) pathway by making contact with patients referred from ED or Gp's; booking patients in to clinic, managing KPIs and general administration related to the clinics., To assist and support the SSNAP/TIA coordinator in providing timely and accurate data audits and analysis to meet the national and local key performance indicators. The main responsibility will involve collecting and inputting data on our Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP), documenting admissions that breach the stroke pathway and to pro-actively identify data quality issues and feedback these to your line manager.
To assist in managing the TIA pathway by making contact with patients referred from ED, booking patients in to clinic, managing KPIs and general administration related to the clinics.
