Full Job Description

As a Key Worker, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with children, young people, and families within one of our three localities. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse group of professionals and agencies, fostering a multi-agency approach to intervention.,

  • Manage a caseload of families with complex and diverse needs, including parenting support, parental conflict, emotional help and wellbeing support, early identification of additional needs, disengagement from education, and addressing the risk of poverty and criminality.

  • Work within a dedicated and experienced team, leveraging family strengths and building upon them.
