Our UK agency is searching for a new collaborator as a Structural Engineer M/F to provide technical expertise across civil building design teams HPC Nuclear New Building Project. This position is part of our mentoring program to support the training of graduate engineers in nuclear sector. The position will be based in Bristol, in a permanent contract.

• Takes part in your mentor projects
• Support the production of technical deliverables for which they are responsible (design hypotheses, methodology and assumption notes, calculation notes).
• Perform technical verifications of civil engineering design notes, models and drawings.
• Collaboration and engagement with stakeholders to ensure consistency of civil transverse knowledge and approach across full scope of NI Buildings, through meetings and surveillance.
• Liaise with, and support to site-based engineering teams to facilitate resolution of issues that can impact site construction.
• Liaise with subject matter expect to utilize learning and knowledge from the wider organization.
  
  Bachelor's / Master's degree in civil engineering
• Civil engineering design experience, particularly in the design of industrial reinforced concrete structures would be interesting but not mandatory
• A good knowledge of the Eurocodes
• Good communication skills
