Structured Finance Associate

35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further., The role is for a mid-level associate position within our Securitisation and Structured Finance sub-group within the London Debt Capital Markets team.,

• Ability to work effectively with others, We have an opening for a Structured Finance lawyer with 2-5 years of experience. Experience gained within a top tier firm in this space is preferred. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have between two and four years post qualification experience (or equivalent experience) and have experience and/or a strong interest in structured finance work.

Hogan Lovells has advised clients on these products for many years, including advising on Eurobonds since that market's inception in the 1960's, on its first securitisation as early as 1984, and on high yield bonds when they were first introduced from the US in the early 1990's.
