Full Job Description

35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further., The paralegal's main duty is to support the structured finance and securitisation team on a wide range of transactions although the role will also provide support to other teams as needed, for example fund finance. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the production of documentation based on precedent forms
  • Assisting with signings and undertaking post-completion tasks
  • Assisting with the drafting of condition precedent documents
  • Researching information using paper and computerised resources
  • General administration, including proof reading, filing and photocopying
  • Assisting with queries from fee earners
  • Develop effective working relationships with members of the department and other support and legal departments
  • Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.

  • High level of IT literacy
  • MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Excellent research skills

  • Law degree or equivalent
