• Engage in early contractor involvement scheme reviews to ensure effective, efficient and safe delivery of works.
• Develop and produce operational site documentation.
• Develop and produce dynamic and efficient programmes of works.
• Management of site activities.
• Works are completed as specified in the design documentation, our customers standard details and the specification of highways works.
• Management, recruitment and development of employees.
  
  Full driving licence
• SMSTS
• NVQ Level 3 or L6
• NRSWA Supervisor
• CSCS Supervisors/Managers Card
• Temporary Works Coordinator Course CITB TWC/Temporary Works Supervisor Course CITB TW Supervisor.
• Project Management
• Computer Literate
