Student Accounts Advisor

As a Student Account Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping students manage their financial responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience from enrollment to graduation. You'll act as a financial guide, providing personalized support and creative solutions to keep students on track and financially prepared for their academic journey.,

• Advisory Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding their financial accounts, offering guidance on payment plans, tuition deadlines, and account balances.


• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any financial issues, such as past-due balances or account discrepancies, while working closely with students to find solutions.


• Financial Counseling: Provide one-on-one consultations, helping students understand their financial options, manage their accounts, and maintain a positive balance.


• Collaborative Communication: Work alongside the finance, enrollment, and student services teams to ensure clear communication with students about financial policies, holds, and next steps.


• Process Management: Oversee and streamline financial processes, including audits, setting up payment plans, lifting finance holds, preparing documents ahead of meetings with students, and managing accounts in line with institutional policies.


• Administrative: Assist with creation of communication templates, deadline reminders, other notifications as necessary, and performs special projects as assigned by local line manager and financial aid.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain financial concepts and processes in an engaging and accessible way.

Hult International Business School is a 501©(3) non-profit educational organization registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) to award U.S. degrees. Students are awarded a joint U.S. and U.K. degree on successful completion of the program. The U.K. degree is awarded by the Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust, known as Ashridge, with which Hult has a strategic alliance.
