Full Job Description

The Role: Managing a team of staff, you will be responsible for the organisation and implementation of day to day administration systems and procedures relating to all course activities including: information and advice to learners, admissions, enrolments, attendance and withdrawals of learners. This will include 14-16s, short courses and Further Education (FE) full and part time courses. Taking a lead on Bursary and Free College Meal funding.

You will provide an exceptional customer focussed service that meets the needs of the internal and external customers.
