Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a a Student Administration Manager to lead and manage our Partnership Student Administration Team within Academic Registry; developing and implementing processes to support our Academic teams and students at our partner institutions, both UK and internationally based.

The successful candidate will support Senior Academic colleagues in the ongoing delivery of student experience excellence, supporting the delivery of a suite of academic programmes. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to support expansion with new and existing partners and the development of policies, regulations, and processes as they relate to the student environment, ensuring each student has the appropriate support services in place, enabling them to perform to the best of their ability., Academic Registry plays a vital role in the everyday operations of the University, overseeing a number of core administrative services which support every aspect of the student journey, from enrolment through to graduation.

You will have a degree (or equivalent experiential learning) plus GSCE Maths and English Language, and will need to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills whilst being an effective negotiator with the ability to influence other people's thinking. You will contribute to service and policy development and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous management experience is essential., Disability Confident
