Student Coach - Full-time

Working with a number of students, key worker for an Individual student.
+ Coach and mentor a single student towards their EHCP targets, their personal aspirations and the targets agreed together for their personal development.
+ Build a positive and progressive relationship with the student.
+ Support student behaviours by using positive behavioural tools, emotional support and managing the engagement of their student.
+ Positive challenging to enable students to grow.
+ Facilitate students to engage with tutored sessions.
+ Feed information into student plans and timetables.
+ Part of team that collects and drops off the student each day at their home as well as transport them, as their timetable requires.
+ Manage student budgets for food, school projects and all adhoc requirements.
