Full Job Description
In September 2024, the Union will be moving to a new office space and reception and will roll out a new service model to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Supporting the Communities team, this role will provide the administrative support for our student groups.
Main responsibilities will include helping student groups set up their events, responding to society queries and inspiring students to run engaging and safe events along with supporting the wider Union team, including the Union Shop and Union Advice service.
The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of students' unions and / or universities, experience in a customer facing role along with experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system and providing effective administrative support.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload are also important requirements.
