Full Job Description

The Student Course Administrator will be the first point of contact for student enquiries, advising on a wide range of course-related matters as well as dealing with general enquiries from prospective students. The appointed candidate will also provide routine administrative support to all members of the course office and undertake specific tasks as required. They will report to the Senior Course Officer / Course Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will have administrative experience and experience of working in a busy customer focused environment, multi-tasking and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements

Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector and of SITS student records database would be desirable.
