Full Job Description

The Deal Desk Intern will report to the Head of Global Deal Desk and partner with the Deal Desk Analysts and operational teams. Global Deal Desk implements a controlled process for pricing and deal structuring, order form creation, contract management, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making at Emarsys.,

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to focus on part three of the Deal Desk process which is to audit check all contracts.
  • This is a key role as it impacts Emarsys' booked deals and revenue, protects from audit and compliance issues, ensures that finance can invoice our customers correctly and allows the Services department to begin their implementation projects
  • The role requires an individual who has a good attention to detail, upholds processes, and has creative thinking to proactively apply different methods to closing deals properly in the system (Salesforce).
  • The Global Deal Desk Intern must execute requests from the sales community in the fastest and most efficient manner., How to work in a professional working environment in a global company
  • Full training and support with the role including a familiarity with Legal contracts, pricing strategies and methodologies and commercial thinking
  • Options to expand the role to work in other parts of the Deal Desk process to enhance learning
  • Training on systems and tools used at Emarsys
  • Part of a 'family style' team available for support, coaching and fun!
