Term time only, 40 weeks per year, 35 hours per week

Temporary until 31 August 2025

We are looking for a confident and committed member of staff who can work in this nonteaching role supporting teaching achievement team leaders in promoting good academic progress. The successful candidate will work to build strong and open relationships between parents/carers and teachers within the school. They will also work with students to help improve attendance, punctuality and behaviour for learning.

This role requires an individual with strong previous experience of working with and developing young people. We are also interested in candidates with experience of management or mentoring and coaching. Candidates will need excellent communication skills and high levels of literacy. We welcome candidates who can evidence continuous professional development.
