Full Job Description

  • Post-holders will work in the social spaces on campus. Post-holders will actively work with learners and will not be primarily office or desk based.
  • Will plan, offer and support enrichment and personal development activities on the campus.
  • Will undertake activities within the social space and across campus to support personal development activities.
  • Will ensure that learners behave appropriately within the social space and encourage positive behaviour and attitudes amongst our learners.
  • Will support learners with running community, charity and social events., The Cornwall College Group is committed to fostering a sustainable and responsible work environment.     • - Staff can contribute to sustainability initiatives, such as reducing carbon emissions, minimising waste and implementing eco-friendly practices.   • Minimum level 2 pass in English and Maths
  • Current L2 Safeguarding (or will be completed within 3 months in role)
