Our Student Enquiry Point provides a single point of contact where students can take their queries to be resolved or signposted to other areas of support. This role will help to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service to students at our Lancaster Campus in-person enquiry desk. The role will liaise with Student Services and Academic Registry colleagues to ensure students are fully supported. This role is based on-site due to the practical nature of the work.
