Full Job Description

You will provide support relating to a number of elements of the undergraduate and postgraduate student journey including:

  • Timetabling;


  • Approvals processes for the modification of existing, and introduction of new modules and programmes;


  • Allocation of Academic Advisors and Dissertation Supervisors;


  • Committee servicing;


  • Module registration guidance;


  • Student enhancement events;


  • Quality and evaluation processes.


  • You will report to a Student Experience Team Leader and will work closely with other members of the School's student experience teams, together with colleagues in central teams, such as timetabling and Student Life.

    The role will be based in the Management School at the University of Liverpool. The post is fixed term for 12 months.     You will have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.

    This is an exciting time for a new colleague to join the University of Liverpool's triple-accredited University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS). ULMS is one of the largest Schools in the University, with the Professional Services team supporting over 5000 undergraduate and postgraduate students and over 200 academic staff.

    This role is an integral part of the Management School's Student Experience Team, which supports various aspects of the student journey across a diverse international cohort of students. ULMS has 3,500 undergraduates and 1,700 postgraduates studying across 35 programmes of study (and c.350 modules). Additionally, the School has over 1000 students from other disciplines across the campus studying Management School modules.
