Optimistic - Inclusive - Healthy - Innovative - Collaborative Derby College Group (DCG) have an exciting opportunity for a Student Financial Support Advisors to join our Services for Students Team. You will be based at either the Broomfield Hall or Joseph Wright campuses. If you would like to visit the site and meet the team before applying, please reach out to us. The Opportunity As a Student Financial Support Advisor, you will provide high quality and accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective and existing students regarding financial support available at DCG. This involves processing applications for student bursary, handling confidential information, arranging payments and administering travel and meal passes. About you The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with previous strong administrative and customer service experience, preferably in the education sector. You will also demonstrate the ability to enter and retrieve data to high levels of accuracy using a range of IT packages and systems. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications would be an advantage. You will also have the capacity to work flexibly, as you will be supporting the wider Services for Students teams during information evenings and enrolment. The Benefits
