Student Financial Support Advisor

As a Student Financial Support Advisor, you will provide high quality and accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective and existing students regarding financial support available at DCG. This involves processing applications for student bursary, handling confidential information, arranging payments and administering travel and meal passes.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with previous strong administrative and customer service experience, preferably in the education sector. You will also demonstrate the ability to enter and retrieve data to high levels of accuracy using a range of IT packages and systems. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications would be an advantage. You will also have the capacity to work flexibly, as you will be supporting the wider Services for Students teams during information evenings and enrolment.
