Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-quality recruitment administration service. Your key mission will be to oversee the efficient coordination of post offer activity including offer letter production, pre-employment screening and all onboarding actions, as well as allocating work. You will work closely with the Student Hire Manager with day-to-day team management and coaching members of the team to success.,

  • Manage the delivery of a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all candidates who are offered a graduate, undergraduate or schools position.
  • Lead a team who deliver excellent service in line with the Firm's requirements and ensure service level agreements are met in line with TSS standards.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Student Hire practice and process and support your team with operational queries and stakeholder management.
  • Support with recruitment of team members and plan inductions for new joiners.
  • Coach, counsel and provide feedback to team members as part of the Firm's performance management and development cycle to achieve optimum performance and motivation.
  • Audit the quality of team outputs to ensure that procedures and best practice are followed, identifying training needs and escalating any risk to the Firm as appropriate.
  • Produce regular progress reports for the Student Talent Acquisition Team and endeavor to identify and contribute to process improvement and technology optimisation to benefit key stakeholders and the business.
  • Support the Student Hire Manager with identifying and implementing process improvement and change management.
  • Provide flexible support across both the pre offer and post offer process as well as to other TSS teams when required. Contribute to wider TSS and HR projects.
  • Commit to drive your own personal development by ensuring your knowledge and skills are up to date and keep well informed of HR policy and industry news. Ensure compliance with GDPR.

    We are interested in people with significant experience in a senior administration role with exposure to people management and coaching. As a successful candidate you will have the ability to demonstrate a professional personal brand as a leader and role model.
  • To qualify for the role you must have
  • Knowledge and experience of recruitment processes
  • A successful track record of process improvements and best use of technology
  • Reporting capability, demonstrating confidence with excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Strong people management skills, with an interest in developing people
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement capability and a service-oriented mind-set
  • Ideally, you'll also have
  • An understanding of EY's service lines and extensive student recruitment requirements
  • Team leader experience within a service delivery team environment.
