Student Hub Advisor

Monday to Friday - to include two flexible late shifts per week 11:30am to 8pm and some Saturday work included, At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently looking for three new Student Hub Advisors to join our Tower Hill Campus.

We are looking for individuals with excellent customer care skills to be the first point of call for all of our student body. You will communicate with students in person, via phone, email, live chat and messenger, be able to listen to a range of customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem.

You will aim to go 'above and beyond' to deliver an exceptional service recognising that a personal, friendly, approachable interaction is always expected.

You will need to work two late shifts on a rota basis between Monday and Friday, 11:30am to 8pm, during semesters and up to five Saturdays per semester, 9:00am to 4pm. For this you will receive additional pay and a day off in the week.

Do you have considerable customer service experience in a student/customer-facing capacity? Do you have a passion for helping people to succeed and a willingness to learn new skills? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills? Do you have the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload?
