Student Implementation Consultant

As one of the first members of the post-sales team to work with new clients, the Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role transitioning them from the sales process through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform, all whilst reinforcing the Emarsys vision. With our recent partnership with SAP providing even bigger brands & more complex projects - there's never been a better time to be part of this growing team!,

• Assist with IT Project Management in a multi project environment based on criteria time, budget, quality
• Support with onboarding through provisioning, design and implementation of the Emarsys platform for new clients
• Compile information to enable and empower our customers to ensure adoption
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to ensure customer experience is of the highest quality.
• Verify the quality of setup based on the statement of work in order to reduce burden on the Support organisation post onboarding
  
  You are working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong internal and external relationship development skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English a must
• Interest in software project management
• Ideally experience in a client facing environment
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, and relational DB structures, ideally with some practical experience
