Full Job Description

You will be expected to attend University in Swindon for a day per week, and although you will be based in 1 service area, you will need to undertake 4 placements at an alternative location over the two years. Therefore, there will be the requirement to travel as part of this program. You will be supported to learn on the job by the healthcare team and a dedicated work-based tutor.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate at least 12 months caring experience, achieved an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, Care Certificate, Functional Skills Level 2 Maths & English, or GCSE Level C or above in English and Maths. Training will commence on September 24.
