Any applications via agency will also not be accepted., We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Effective Practice Team as our Student Placement Coordinator.
You will work with the Practice Placement Lead alongside our team of Effective Practice Facilitators and Clinical Skills Trainers to provide administrative services to organise and administer successful placement opportunities, whilst supporting students
throughout their time with the placement team. The Student Placement Coordinator provides administrative support in order to maintain systems and processes, ensuring all placement offers, allocations and student onboarding is accurately completed and recorded.
There are many opportunities for you to work innovatively with the team to provide high quality, engaging and successful experiences for students on placement with all of our trusts professional disciplines, from a variety of universities and colleges across Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties., Provide advice and co-ordination in respect of all aspects of student placement, working with placement teams, universities and colleges.
Compile, analyse and present data from various systems in a reportable format to inform senior team updates, establishing team capacity and allocation of placements across clinical areas.
Responsible for building relationships with and responding to queries or concerns, from Higher Education Institutes, Students and Clinicians.
Develop and maintain placement information available on the trust intranet webpage and task process documentation.
Monitor the Practice Placement email inbox and respond to queries appropriately.
Work independently and motivated in self-management, be confident and innovative in their approach.
Travel across county on occasions to assist with the delivery of student related support and attend team meetings or similar, therefore a car driver is essential.
Have an advanced level of skills and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel including the production of reports, processing data, create/maintain spreadsheets, use of pivot tables, graphs, formulas and link cells. Have a high level of competence in the use of Microsoft Word, 365, Teams and Outlook.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate effective negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills, to concisely communicate information to managers, students and education providers.
