Full Job Description

You will be a key member of a collaborative and dynamic team who focus on providing outstanding experiences for our students. You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual who will work closely with both curriculum and student services staff to support the academic and personal development of our 16-19 year old students.

The successful applicant will support a caseload of Sixth Form Students students, meeting them regularly, monitoring their attendance, as well as supporting them to maximise their potential and progress to further/higher education, training or employment, through group tutorials.

Additionally, you will support students to develop strategies in study skills and include delivery of a self, society and skills framework. You will work closely with those students who are at risk and/or vulnerable and create intervention strategies to support their continued success.
