Full Job Description

Our new Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with secondary schools and other educational institutions in the region. You will promote our courses and programmes to prospective students and their parents, providing guidance and support throughout the application process., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Skegness TEC in the role of Student Recruitment Officer. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, Coordinate, organise, and deliver a programme of internal and external events and activities in targeted schools and colleges, within the community to engage pupils and parents, and in line with the student engagement marketing strategy. Attend school and college careers events, open evenings, and other engagement and transition activities, and assist with the running of student recruitment open evenings/days held at our sites. Your excellent written and verbal communications skills will enable you to deliver presentations, small group tasks and one-on-one support. Effective at working independently and flexibly and as part of a team. You must have the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise own workloAD. About the person The successful candidate will have excellent all-round communication skills, with a keen interest in helping teenagers make the right choice for post-compulsory education & training. You will be confident interacting and engaging with potential students of all ages. This role requires use of own vehicle and willingness to travel across East Lindsey. Mileage allowance will be paid.
